दिल्ली किसान आत्महत्या  ----  जिम्मेदार कौन ? ​      दिल्ली के एक राजनीतिक सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रम में एक व्यक्ति ने आत्महत्या कर ली  । प्रश्न  उठ रहा है की इसका जिम्मेदार कौन ? वहां पर तो हजारों लोग थे । केवल तीन-चार लोगों ने पेड़ पर चढ़कर उसे नीचे  उतारने का काम किया । क्या इसका यह अर्थ लगाया जाय की बाक़ी हजारों लोग असंवेदनशील थे ? यह घटना इतनी बड़ी बन गयी है की  बड़े बड़े राजनेता भी कह रहे हैं की समाज को आत्ममंथन की जरूरत है ।       यदि मैं अस्पताल में किसी को देखने गया हूँ, और वहां किसी बीमार को इलाज नहीं मिल रहा हो तो क्या मैं खुद उसका इलाज वहां शुरू कर दूंगा ? या अस्पताल के स्टाफ को डांट-फटकार के उस मरीज को त्वरित इलाज मुहैया करवाने की कोशिश करूंगा ? जाहिर सा उत्तर है की किसी अधिकृत इकाई की उपस्थिति में उसका काम दूसरी इकाई नहीं करती । किसी अग्निकांड में अग्निशामक दल के रहते  आग बुझाने का काम लोग नहीं करते ।        ...

Modi 200 Days   लोकतंत्र - तानाशाही - लोकस्वराज         ता नाशाही में समस्याओं का समाधान जल्दी कर दिया जाता है जबकी लोक-स्वराज में समस्याएं पैदा ही कम होती हैं । लोकतंत्र में समस्याओं का लगातार विस्तार होता जाता है । भारत सहित दक्षिण एशिया मैं लोकतंत्र है, अतः इस क्षेत्र में समस्याएं पिछली आधी शताब्दी में  बढ़ती जा रही हैं । पश्चिम के देशों के  लोकतंत्र लोकस्वराज की और झुके हुए होने के कारण वहां समस्याएं कम पैदा होती हैं । कम्युनिस्ट और इस्लामिक देशों में तानाशाही होने से समस्याएं दबा दी जाती है ।       रूस, ईराक, नेपाल, आदि में तानाशाही के बाद लोकतंत्र आया, इसीलिए वहां अशांति बढ़ रही है । लोकतंत्र यदि लोकस्वराज की दिशा में न बढे तो तानाशाही निश्चित है । भारत में अव्यवस्था थी, और बढ़ रही थी । अतः २०१४ चुनाव परिणाम तानाशाही की तरफ झुके हुए आये । मोदी जी अपने तरीके से समस्याओं का समाधान की दिशा में बढ़ रहे है, किन्तु मोदी जी के किसी कदम से यह नहीं दिखा की वे सहभागी लोकतंत्र अर्थात लोकस्वराज के पक्षधर हैं ।  ...

​ दिल्ली बलात्कार ---- जिम्मेदार कौन ? ​      दिल्ली में फिर एक बार बलात्कार हुआ । इस बार चलती कार में । लगातार ऎसी घटनाएं बढ़ रही हैं ।​चाहे 6 वर्ष की शहरी अबोध कन्या हो या ग्रामीण महिला, इन सब के साथ क्रूरतापूर्ण दुष्कर्म की घटनाएँ भारत सहित विश्वभर में खबर बन रही है । इतनी की, बड़े बड़े राजनेता भी कह रहे हैं की समाज को आत्ममंथन की जरूरत है । ये लोग यह भी कह रहे हैं की सरकार ने अपराधों से और प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने के लिए कानून को मजबूत बनाने के कार्य को तेजी से आगे बढ़ाया है । और हास्यास्पद ढंग से कार कंपनी के लायसेंस को रद्द करने को ठोस कदम करार कर रही है । ​      मीडिया में चल रही लगातार बहस के दौरान भी भारत के बुद्धिजीवी कुछ ऐसी ही बातें करते तथा कड़ी से कड़ी सजा के हिमायती दिख रहे हैं । टीवी एंकरों, राजनेताओं की मानें तो पूरा समाज दोषी है, और बुद्धिजीवियों की माने तो हर दोषी को फांसी होनी चाहिए । इन दोनों की राय लागू हो जाय तो भारत से मनुष्य प्रजाति डायनोसार के सामान लुप्त हो जायेगी । आश्चर्य है की भारत के जिम्मेदार लोग यह भी नहीं जानत...

      दशहरा  महिषासुर या रावण के दमन का उत्सव नहीं है । यह बुरी शक्तियों की अच्छी शक्तियों का विजय का सूचक है । दशहरा अर्थात हमारे अंदर स्थित दस विकारों का दमन ।      जब व्यक्ति में बुद्धि और भावना का संतुलन गडबड होकर किसी एक दिशा में में बढ़ने लगता है तब समाज पर इसका प्रभाव पड़ना निश्चित है । बुद्धि-प्रधान व्यक्ति समाज-संचालक और भावना प्रधान व्यक्ति संचालित  में आ जाते हैं । बुद्धि-प्रधान लोग प्रचार का सहारा लेकर समाज में असत्य को सत्य तथा सत्य को असत्य के सामान सिद्ध कर देते हैं । भावना-प्रधान लोग इस प्रचार से प्रभावित हो जाते है तथा समाज में नई एवं गलत परिभाषाएं स्थापित हो जाती हैं, जिन्हें चुनौती देना कठिन होता है ।       ऐसे कालखण्ड में निष्कर्ष निकालने का आधार विचार मंथन का शून्य हो जाता है तथा प्रचार से ही निष्कर्ष निकालने की गलत परम्परा शुरू हो जाती है । देवी दुर्गा तथा श्रीराम ने यही कठिन चुनौती स्वीकार की तथा तत्कालीन सर्वोच्च शक्तिशाली दानव, जिनके सामने देवता भी नतमस्...

In an entity that has no power, swaraj isn't necessary (like a family). If power is decentralized to a lower level, it still isn't swaraj (union list & state list already exist in Indian constitution).   Swaraj in a political party is an oxymoron. Political dispensations need to understand the difference between Intraparty democracy & swaraj. Even if a political party fulfils all its constitutional prerequisites and conducts internal elections at all levels, Swaraj still doesn't descend to the people of india. The fact is that a party is a powerless unit in itself.
